Early 19th c. bookcase. Crotch-grain mahogany veneer two- piece secretary having a molded cornice, two wheat sheath glazed doors flanked by Corinthian columns over a fall-front desk with fitted interior and a green velvet writing surface over two fan paneled doors flanked by Corinthian columns, gadrooned skirt, on hairy paw feet. One bottom column is loose. Piece was on exhibit at the Historical Society of York County, PA. 93"h x 48"w x 23"d (40" open)
