By registering to bid in our auction, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of our sale. If you have any questions about our sale, you may contact us at 856-515-5240.
1. Pick up period for this sale is: 3/23/2023 - 3/31/2023 from 10am - 4pm ET, Monday - Friday. All lots not picked up within that window are subject to storage. We will not waive fees under any circumstances. Customers can pay the fees (5 DOLLARS PER LOT, PER BUSINESS DAY) or forfeit the items with no compensation whatsoever. After 30 days of no pick ups, you will forfeit the items along with any monetary compensation or refund.
2. All items are sold where is, as is. All sales are final and no refunds are given. The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. Amaradio Auctions is not responsible for the description, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in the catalogue or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. Purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description before bidding.
3. We are not affiliated with any of our recommended Shippers. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery of merchandise at buyer's risk and expense. Arrangements may be made through the buyer's own shipper or one of our recommended shippers. Our list of recommended shippers can be found on our website. Items may also be picked up at our location, up until 4:00pm on the pick up date listen on your invoice.
4.After 4pm on the listed pickup deadline, all items not picked up will incur a 5 dollar per day storage fee. Lot(s) will not be released to customers until the fee is paid in full.
5. A persistent PENDING registration means there is a problem. Please contact us by calling us at 856-515-5240. We want you to be able to bid and will try and resolve any problem.
6. CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS - We are here to help and can be reached at 856-515-5240(Jason) or 856-313-3034. We are happy to answer any questions prior to the auction. Unfortunately, once the Auction starts we are unable to answer emails, give condition reports or handle technical support phone calls.
7. The Buyer's Premium is 28%.
8. For payment, cards on file will be automatically charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction.
9. Auction items are not available for pick up until after the purchaser receives an invoice and the entire invoice is paid for.
10. All invoices, documents, contracts and conditions are governed by the laws and judicial system of the State of New Jersey.
11. Customers are required, and fully expected to understand our terms and conditions and have read our invoice memo PRIOR to bidding. There are no excuses for not knowing our policies. THIS INCLUDES PICK UP PERIODS AND STORAGE POLICIES!
3/22/2023 Sale Pick Up Period
The pick up period is 3/23/2023 - 3/31/2023 from 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Anything outside of this is subject to unwaivable storage fees.
Payments
We use 72 hour autopay. Any payments not made within 72 hours are subject to fees.
Sales Tax
If you do not have a tax exemption, sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you do have an exemption, and tax is still showing, please contact live auctioneers about this matter. As an auction house, we have no control over adding or removing sales tax from your invoice. This strictly is through live auctioneers.
Processing Fee Will Be Added
Customers who pay via auto pay will have to pay a processing fee. We do not receive this money in terms of profit, live auctioneers does.
Storage Fees With Amaradio Auctions
Lot(s) not picked up by the listed pick-up deadline for your sale will incur a 5 dollar per lot, per day, storage fee. Lot(s) will not be released to the customer until this is paid. If a customer knows they cannot make it by our listed pickup deadline, they can reach out to us prior to the deadline conclusion and we can hold the lot(s) without fee for a reasonable period of time. If you exceed 30 days after an auction without pick up, you will forfeit your lots and there will be no monetary compensation or refunds.
Items Are Sold As Is NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items are sold exactly how we received them out of estates. We will not offer refunds for condition under any circumstances.

Bid Increments
Amaradio Auctions has the right to adjust bid increments during the sale.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Amaradio Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
SALES TAX
