I haven’t received my VCA bracelet since a wire transfer on Monday March 27th!!

Abram Sariashvili was very helpful in selling me my 20 Motif turquoise VCA necklace until I open my box and realized it was not the item I had bid on. Once I called him back and told him my concerns he disappeared. He blocked my phone number and did not respond to any of my frantic emails questioning where the actual necklace I had bid on went and the authenticity of the necklace. I had no idea how to return necklace and get my money back. There were no papers with the purchase. I had no choice after several days of being ghosted by him to take it to VCA to be authenticated. I just heard back from VCA and they will not touch the necklace and asked if I wanted it destroyed. Needless to say my phone still doesn't go through to the office number and no one is responding to my latest email. Best advice to all DON "T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE. THEY SELL FAKES MARKETED AS AUTHENTIC! BUYER BEWARE! DON" T WIRE MONEY!

I was told I can return the bracelet within 30 days if there are any issues I received the bracelet and notified Abram that it was a fake Van Cleef bracelet and he said he was going to take it back and then he stopped responding to my calls and emails. Very unprofessional and unethical.

My necklace arrived promptly as promised. There was not a certificate of authenticity. I called the same day to discuss sending the necklace to Van Cleef to verify authenticity. He said “no rush” as long as you get it done within 6 months, I could return if not completely satisfied. At the time he sounded like a complete gentleman and respectable auction house. I was hopeful to take my necklace in person to New York in early December to get earrings to match. When I realized it was unreasonable to go, I called to ship my necklace to Van Cleef for authentication. The cost is $1800 which would be almost the same cost of purchasing the necklace along with cost from auction house. I called AAA and explained that I wanted to return the necklace. He completely back tracked and said it was 30 days return policy. He did say he would contact the company that he got the necklace. I have not heard back from him. I’m giving a strong word of caution to purchase. Do not purchase without certificate of authenticity unless you are able to verify and or return if not satisfied. I also sent an email to Live Auctioneers and have not heard back from them. I’m very hopeful this will be resolved and that AAA Auction will be reputable and keep their word as promised.

I supposed to get the certification of authenticity for 20 motif which didn’t come with the item so I contact auctioneer right away he told me to get back to you within a couple days I am waiting to get solve the issue
