Within 72 hours of Auction's end, your on-file credit card will be charged for the full amount of the invoice. I informed all concerned parties that I was paying via a USPS money order. I sent the payment the following day after receiving the invoice. My credit card was charged for the full amount anyway. Thankfully, Charles J of Curated Auction Gallery helped rectify this so that my credit card payment was remitted and I was not double charged. This has happened three times over the past year and not just with this particular auction house. I am currently trying to rectify another situation where this same thing happened. This must be a new feature in the system because this never occurred before and I have used LiveAuctioneers/Invaluable for nearly 15 years, purchasing many things at auction. I am pleased that the Curated Auction Gallery was able to rectify the error in a timely fashion and with very nice email contacts. Other auction houses may not be as diligent or responsive to a customer. Because of the great customer service of Curated Auction Gallery, I will participate in their future auctions. I encourage others to participate as well.

Great experience and very reasonable shipping cost.

This was one of the several great finds from this auction house. I still do not know who the artist is, but it is a high quality small piece of art and I have it prominently displayed in my home. It is a great impressionist landscape and this auction house seems to find quite a few of these types of paintings. This is a great auction to follow.

This auction house really tries to make your experience the best it can be. First, they offer flat rate shipping so that you will know what it will cost for them to ship your item before the auction even begins. Second, every auction seems to have a lot of quality merchandise that has been expertly vetted. Third, the prices are reasonable given the quality of the merchandise. Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns, they do their best to address them and make you feel like your business is appreciated. I have worked with many auction houses and this is a very good auction house to work with in my opinion.

I purchased 3 paintings in the April 16, 2023 auction. The purchase prices were reasonable beyond my expectations. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. Local delivery was inexpensive and flawlessly executed. I would especially like to compliment Charles Johnson for his consistently superior responsiveness. Honest sellers with great customer service.

Purchased a great 19th Century oil on canvas painting from Curated Gallery Auctions, and very happy with the purchase. The auction included a flat-rate shipping quote in the item description so that any buyer would clearly know how much in advance the shipping would cost. It would be great if all auction houses would provide this. Often after a purchase you find that the "recommended" shipper charges more for the shipping than you paid for the item. That's not the case here, as you know what to expect in advance. This gives buyers the confidence to bid knowing what the full and final price will be of the purchase. The painting was accurately described and photographs were very clear showing the condition of the item. The size of both the painting and frame were also provided. Very happy with the auction house process, bidding, payment, and shipping. The item was well-packed and arrived safely and securely.
