Kind hearted and just as described
I bought two vases on auction and had planned on picking them up myself, well I got busy and I was unable to get to the auction house. I received a friendly call from them a few weeks later, we chuckled a bit about why I hadn't had the chance yet to pick them up. Finally we decided that we would ship them. The prices for shipping were absolutely reasonable and the two vases arrived in great condition! I would definitely bid with them again!
