Great Shipping Experience
Allen at Manhattan Mailroom saved the day for me on shipping! Great price, perfect packing, and arrived quickly. Other shippers quoted twice the price and were slow to communicate.

Pick up Experience
First, being sent to the wrong address, thank you Google. Second, given the wrong directions to get to the actual warehouse. Once at the warehouse though, I was met with a courteous and helpful front office and dealt with very professional warehouse staff who loaded me up, then I was on my way. On the whole, a very good experience.

Fast delivery, beautiful item
Bought a lamp, made payment to shipper Wednesday, got email Thursday saying item had shipped, arrived by ground (nothing special in delivery) on Saturday before noon, still not sure how this happened, from payment to receipt in 4 days. Have been buying aggressively since 2009 through live auctioneers and have never received any item this fast, not even when items have been packed and shipped by auctioneers. Thank you
