We are pleased to consult on property of all price ranges, and sizes. From a single item to an entire collection. Appraisal Services We offer two types of appraisal services. A walk-through auction estimate appraisal. Which can be done on location, or at our auction house, without obligation or fee, or a expert written appraisal, as provided by our inhouse appraiser. In the event that access to the property is difficult, we can make preliminary evaluaitons from photographs accompanied by detailed descriptions. We can then advise you concerning the value of the property and consideration for sale. We provide appraisals that are industry standards for insurance purposes, estate and gift taxes, as well as charitable donations by our inhouse appraiser with over 30 years of experience. We will provide a detailed proposal along with projected auction estimates. Auction Advantages Prices that are set at open and competive auctions are reflective of an item's "true" market value, and not just one individuals opinion. Our goal is to realize the highest possible price for each item, and provide a direct benefit to the seller, as well as a valuable service to the buyer. Turnkey Service We also offer a turnkey service to our clients for property that cannot be offered at auction. We will organize an on-site Estate Sale, as well as removal and/or donation of any remaining items. Purchase of an Estate If the owner, trustee or heirs elect to sell the entire estate for cash, We will work closely with the estate to establish a fair value purchase price for the benefit of all concerned.
